Let me introduce myself. My name is Linda Yasek and I have been practicing Pilates for more than 10 years, and have multiple certifications from Power Pilates in New York City.
I love teaching Pilates, it’s so exciting to see the transformation in my clients that this unique form of body conditioning offers. That is why I’ve decided to specialize in one-on-one training. I have an intimate studio in Orange County NY and never have more than two clients at a time.
I have found that this personal attention gives the best results, most quickly. In this non-competitive environment it’s easy to spot and work on areas that need special help. Progress is amazing. I have seen Pilates enhance all aspects of my clients’ lives.

A few years ago the typical problems associated with middle age came my way, wider hips, protruding abdominal area, less flexibility.
No matter how much I cut the calories or did crunches, I could not resolve my problems, then I cam upon Pilates. Much to my surprise within one month my body shape started to change, my core was tightening, my posture improving and I was far more flexible. Above allthis, I FELT TERRIFIC!
I now realize that a strong core is the key to a strong body and a strong body is indeed a happy one.

I originally began Pilates in order to strengthen my back and abdominal muscles in hopes that it would alleviate back pain. It not only relieved my back pain but helped me remain comfortable and strong during my pregnancy (I had been working with Linda for a year and a half before becoming pregnant with my daughter).
I was able to continue my Pilates routine through my seventh month of pregnancy. My Pilates practice during pregnancy benefited me greatly as I was able to give birth within 20 minutes and regained my pre-pregnancy shape within months.
I would highly recommend Linda as she is knowledgeable, has an extremely astute eye and keeps Pilates creative and fun.

For years I have worked out with weights, stairmaster, treadmill you name it and I did it. I kept trying to get the physique I wanted. But not until I started practicing Pilates did I finally get the body I wanted, muscular and strong, but also long and lean.
